Why streams buffer and how to fix it (VPN, bitrate, browser)

Short answer: Buffering is almost always bandwidth, routing, or overloaded player hosts — not the FoxTrend list page. Work through the checklist below before assuming a stream is “down.”

Quick checklist

2. Lower quality — Pick 720p or SD when offered; audio-only mode helps on poor LTE.
